Are ice sculptures allowed in the hall? Ice sculptures are always a special addition to the reception atmosphere. You may bring them in, however there must be the proper container to hold the water from the ice melting. Also once the ice sculpture is placed, it can not and will not be moved during the reception due to the weight of the sculpture. Back to Top |

Are we able to have our wedding at your facility? Having your ceremony at our hall is not a problem. If you are planning a small wedding, we are able to supply the use of our smaller hall for the ceremony. Should your ceremony be a little larger than 70 people, we will provide the use of the main hall for your wedding ceremony. We setup an archway in front of the room, along with chairs for your immediate family, while your guests will be at their tables. After the wedding ceremony, we suggest the guests leave the room to greet the bride and groom, while we light up the room appropriately to set a different mood for your reception. And we allow you to do your rehearsal on the Thursday evening before your wedding. Back to Top |

No we don't supply centerpieces. Our experience has shown that most every bride wants to supply their own centerpieces, to make their wedding unique. But to make decorating easier, we do have simple centerpieces, mirrors, and archways available to rent. Although our hall requires no additional decorations, you may also decide to hire a florist or decorating company to decorate the hall. When you do this the only requirement is that anything you put up for the reception must also be taken down the same day, unless arrangements to do it the next day have been made with the rental agent.
