The brochure states that the wedding cake is a part of your
wedding packages. Are we able to supply our own cake?

Of course you can supply your own cake. Your wedding day is your special day, and we want it to be just as you've always dreamed! Should you do this, we will reduce the cost accordingly (whatever the per person cost is on the cake at the time of your wedding). But we are quite sure that after you see and taste our cake, you'll think twice about supplying your own.

Do you allow candles?

Candles are not a problem at all. They supply a certain atmosphere and intimacy to the room. The only request is that there be something under the candle to catch the melted wax.

Do you close the bar during dinner?

No we don't. It is open from the time your reception starts to the very end.

Are we able to bring alcohol into the building?
And what if we want alcohol that you don't stock?

Since we have a liquor license (to make your wedding planning easier), we are unable to let you bring alcohol into the building. Our bar has a wide selection of alcohol that will satisfy most tastes. Should you like to have a particular kind of liquor, not already on the bar, we will be more than happy to get that alcohol for you. There is, however, and additional cost for this.

What happens from the left over food from the banquet?

All the left over food is packaged in disposable roasting pans for you to take home.

Do we have to tray our cookies?

No, we tray the cookies, and keep the trays as stocked as possible during your reception. Just bring the cookies to us the morning of your wedding reception, and relax. We will take care of that part of your reception.

You said you tray the cookies, but what is the cost for this?

There is absolutely no cost for this. This is a part of our wedding package.

Are ice sculptures allowed in the hall?

Ice sculptures are always a special addition to the reception atmosphere. You may bring them in, however there must be the proper container to hold the water from the ice melting. Also once the ice sculpture is placed, it can not and will not be moved during the reception due to the weight of the sculpture.

Are we able to have our wedding at your facility?

Having your ceremony at our hall is not a problem. If you are planning a small wedding, we are able to supply the use of our smaller hall for the ceremony. Should your ceremony be a little larger than 70 people, we will provide the use of the main hall for your wedding ceremony. We setup an archway in front of the room, along with chairs for your immediate family, while your guests will be at their tables. After the wedding ceremony, we suggest the guests leave the room to greet the bride and groom, while we light up the room appropriately to set a different mood for your reception. And we allow you to do your rehearsal on the Thursday evening before your wedding.

Do you supply centerpieces?

No we don't supply centerpieces. Our experience has shown that most every bride wants to supply their own centerpieces, to make their wedding unique. But to make decorating easier, we do have simple centerpieces, mirrors, and archways available to rent. Although our hall requires no additional decorations, you may also decide to hire a florist or decorating company to decorate the hall. When you do this the only requirement is that anything you put up for the reception must also be taken down the same day, unless arrangements to do it the next day have been made with the rental agent.
