Bronze Package:

  • Venue for 5 Hours

General Policies and Rules for Events:

  • No Smoking in either halls – no exceptions.
  • A minimum of 125 guests is required to purchase any of our wedding day packages. Any count less than that will be an additional charge.
  • Total count for round tables for reception is 240 people. We can add banquet style tables in after that count.
  • Our smaller hall cannot fit round tables.
  • An initial deposit of 25% is due to secure your date and banquet space.
  • Doors will open 30 minutes prior to the start time of your event.
  • After your event ends, we ask that you vacate the premises within 30 minutes and take all personal belongings with you.
  • No outside alcohol is permitted to be brought onto the property.
  • The use of confetti, tape, tacks, nails, stickers, and glue on the walls or in the hall are not permitted.
Bartenders are required for any event where alcohol or soft drinks are being served, for 150 guests 1 bartender is required and anything over 150 guests, 2 will be required.
We supply the 1st bartender in your package any additional a fee of $90.00 will be added in.
Our Rose Hall seats 125-375 guests.  We would be more than happy to accommodate less than 125 guest for a minimal fee.
We add on to each package 7% sales tax, 7% alcohol tax and 19% gratuity.
We also offer many ala carte items such as centerpieces, trelice for behind the cake and many more items at your request.
At this time we do not have a caterer on the site. When choosing your caterer we ask that they have at least $1,000,000.00 in liability insurance and they are registered with the Allegheny health Dept.
We do have a few recommendations for caterers that are familiar with our operations and they come highly recommended.
